Ch.3
Curious as to how Townsville had changed in the future, Blossom took regular flights around the city. She had already been to Mojo’s volcano top observatory, City Hall and Townsville Park. At each of these places nothing much had changed and at each place she would look around and remember what it was like in her time. Blossom had now been in the future for almost two weeks and her hope of the Professor finding her or even realizing that she had fell through the time machine dwindled day by day.
This day she decided to see how Townsville forest had changed. Flying over it she was surprised as to how big the forest had gotten; it had almost doubled in size from her own time. As she flew something from the forest floor caught her eye. She landed a few feet away and realized that it was the run-down shack of the late Fuzzy Lumpkins. As she stared at the cabin, reminiscing, she thought she heard voices coming from within the shack. She shook her head to clear it, thinking she had only heard an animal. However when she focused in more closely she could tell that there were voices, human voices, and they actually sounded familiar. She approached the shack.
In Him’s lair, the evil demon was watching over different parts of the world while spying on the Rowdyruff Boys. It was only by pure luck that he hadn’t noticed Blossom with them. He picked up the remote and was about to change a screen when he noticed something on his remote. It was a small light that glowed red so long as three superheroes with Chemical X in their system were alive. For the longest time it stayed that way and him only remembered that it changed to a purple color, which meant that more than three super people were alive, when the Powerpuff Girls and Rowdyruff Boys were alive. Now that him was looking at the remote he realized that the light was purple. He didn’t know how long it had been that way, but it couldn’t have been too long. Underneath the light was a small blue button that him pressed. The screen changed to a shot of Townsville forest, near Fuzzy Lumpkin’s Shack. And walking towards that shack was “Blossom!” Him roared, “What? How? They were destroyed!” He calmed down and walked away from the screen, upon which Blossom was opening the door of the cabin. He scratched his chin and thought calm down, calm down. I don’t know how it happened but she is here and she has to be dealt with. Its bad enough having those Rowdyruffs take the Powerpuffs place, but now it appears that at least one of the girls is back, if not all three of them! I’ll devise a plan to rid me of all of those pests once and for all and then I can finally rule the world without worry!
Blossom reached the cabin and slowly opened the door. It squeaked on its hinges from years of disuse and she got to see inside. However when she saw what was inside, she could hardly believe it. It didn’t make any sense at all. She felt overjoyed yet confused and found that she didn’t really care how they were here, the fact was that they were. And they were looking at her with the same expression that she was giving them…
Both Bubbles and Buttercup were sitting there.
